What to Expect
A 2-hour intensive with a Champion instructor and two leveled workshops come with every Full Weekend Pass, grouped by WSDC division so you train alongside your peers.
Jack & Jills from Newcomer through Champion, plus Strictly, Pro-Am Spotlights, Sophisticated, and the New York Rat Race, with judge Q&As and personalized finalist feedback.
Parties every night with rotating DJs, late-night refreshments, and a Chill Zone to catch your breath.
Capped at 300 competitor passes, so you keep seeing the same faces on the floor, in workshops, and at the parties.

- CompetitorsNovice through Champion dancers compete in a skill-based WSDC Jack & Jill. Every Full Weekend Pass includes the entry.
- Newer DancersNewcomers get a Sunday Pass and an optional first Jack & Jill.
- Social DancersThe Sunday Pass welcomes social dancers for workshops, spectating competitions, and social dancing.
- Traveling and Local DancersAn official hotel one block from the floor, Penn Station a short walk away, and New York’s own West Coast Swing community all around you.
What Makes Flow Fest Distinct
- NYC: Midtown Manhattan, with both studios, the hotel, and Penn Station within a few blocks.
- Small Size: 300 passes, division target sizes, and leveled learning with your competition division peers.
- Feedback: Judge Q&As for Novice through All-Star, personalized finalist comments, and finals videos free to share.

Hosted by NYC Swings
NYFF is hosted by NYC Swings and led by event directors Orian and Bekah Breaux. Since 2022, their monthly Flow Fridays social has introduced thousands of New Yorkers to West Coast Swing, and NYFF is the next chapter: bringing world-class instructors and WSDC competition to the community’s home city.

Community Standards
Everyone at NYFF agrees to our Code of Conduct. NYFF is a weekend built on consent, respect, and safety, backed by the Event Directors’ right of admission. Competitors also follow the Event Rules, which keep contests fair from random pairing to relative placement.
